4) Hypers(3×8 with weight)
Are the overhead squat %s based off 1rm snatch or overhead squat?
OHS is usually based on snatch.
Anyone have a fix or thoughts on the lightheaded/dizzy effect after cleans? I FREQUENTLY get this and it really hurts my jerks. I try to disregard and work through it but sometimes it’s too much. I’m not really sure what else to do. I had this too when I 1RM’d my deads but that was up around 450. I don’t really have the issue with squats. Any help is appreciated.

Try to pay attention to how you breathe during your set-up. Also try to pay attention and see if you are exhaling in the bottom of the clean. I know for me if I exhale before standing up the clean it can make me dizzy. Other than that I’m not sure man. I’m guessing it is only happening at like 90% and above?

Hypers used 15# plate
1) Based on 240# – No misses. Felt good.
2) Based on 300# – No misses. Heavy and I struggle with these but they seem to be getting better.
3) Based on 240# – No misses. Legs got weak on the last rep of both 90% sets.
4) Done with 25#.
