C&J’s were rough this am, missed a few jerks. Will do the rest this evening hopefully snatch balances and FS feel better than cjs did
I’m glad to see the snatch balance and ohs show up in the programming as I need that work the most. I’ll work my mobility to improve on it.
85% for the C&J triples was really rough, snatch balance and front squats were fine.

Today felt really off. Everything seemed heavy and my body was fairly unstable. Fortunately I only had one miss, the first rep on the second set of snatch balances at 85% (first miss of the cycle). I reset and completed all three reps so the work was done. C&Js were extremely rough. The front squats were the easiest part but still pretty brutal.
It felt like the week after deload… I hit everything but was terrible throughout. My jerk has regressed a bit. My back foot no longer hits first and I am just not getting under the bar nor full extension on them. Snatch balance went really well actually, except a missed my traps with 85% and lost it behind, thankfully i have blocks. I definitely felt all of the pulling from Tuesday, today.
