    60% was good
    70% missed third rep forward
    80% missed third rep forward
    85% first set missed the second rep forward, totally forgot the second set
    80% hit them all

    2. Jerk drives: focusing on not getting forward and staying straight up and down

    3. Clean pulls: felt so heavy! Used straps for the 105 and 110%

    4. Back squat: hit all percentages and they surprisingly didn’t feel terrible

  2. Snatches
    Missed third rep at 85% (190lb) both sets. Hit all others.

    Jerk drives done. 110% was at 305 and it felt heavy!

    Clean pulls done. No issues.

    Squats done. Up to 320lbs.

  3. 1) Based on 240#
    2) Based on 300#
    3) Based on 275#
    4) Based on 335#

    No misses. My legs felt a little shaky from Saturday but aside from that everything went well.

  4. Felt like a first day back…

    Snatches went well. Went 3/3, then 2/4 at 85%. The misses were technical and not strength related. I definitely feel and increased capacity here. This is 5lb under my opener for Saturday, so I’m confident.

    Drives were HEAVY, but I got better as the weight increased.

    Pulls were good. 100% felt heavy.

    Squats went well. Hit all numbers no issue.
