1) Snatch complex (pull/pull/snatch) (%1rm sn) – 1×3@55%, 1×3@65%, 1×3@75%, 1×3@80%, 1×3@75%

2) Jerk from blocks (%1rm jerk) – 1×3@50%, 1×3@60%, 1×3@70%, 1×3@75%, 1×3@70%

3) Power clean + power jerk (%1rm power clean) – 1×3+1@50%, 1×3+1@60%, 1×3+1@70%, 1×3+1@75%, 1×3+1@70%
*each set is 3 power cleans followed by 1 power jerk

4) Front squat (%1rm f squat) – 1×3@50%, 1×3@60%, 1×3@70%, 1×3@75%, 1×3@70%

  1. 1) Based on 240#. I did 3 times through the complex per set. It got rough.
    2) Based on 300#
    3) Based on 255#
    4) Based on estimated 300# 1RM (did 280# for a triple at the end of the last Outlaw Way cycle which was my old 1rm the last time I tested it)

    No misses.
