So each 1×3 for tge snatch complex = 6 total pulls and 3 total snatches?
Is the snatch complex supposed to really be x3, or is it pull/pull/snatch the 3 reps?
1) Based on 240#. I did 3 times through the complex per set. It got rough.
2) Based on 300#
3) Based on 255#
4) Based on estimated 300# 1RM (did 280# for a triple at the end of the last Outlaw Way cycle which was my old 1rm the last time I tested it)
No misses.
