    Very glad I was able to move a little faster throughout this WOD a sign that my breathing is getting back to normal. I know I’m a panzi and flu isn’t a big deal but it is when you work 12 hours and follow outlaw.

    OHS.MU AMRAP 3 rounds + 25 = 115 total reps. All OHS UB, MU were UB, 5+4, 3+3+3, 3+1. This was painful. Awesome, but painful.
