1) snatch (%1rm sn) – 1×3@50%, 1×3@60%, 1×3@70%, 1×3@75%, 1×3@70%
2) Jerk balance (%1rm jerk) – 1×3@50%, 1×3@60%, 3×3@65%, 1×3@60%
3) 3 position clean + jerk(%1rm cl) – 1×1+1@50%, 1×1+1@60%, 1×1+1@70%, 1×1+1@75%, 1×1+1@70%
*1 clean from each position, followed by only 1 jerk per set (done last)
4) Back squat 1×3@50%, 1×3@60%, 1×3@70%, 1×3@75%, 1×3@70%
Hi, I have a question. Last week we try to increase our 80%(5pm). For example, in snatch it was 80 kg and I did it 90 kg (up for 10kg). Next day we had a snatch again. Should I do it with same weight(80) or I need to recalculate it from my new level(90kg)? Sorry my English))
Haven’t been on the boards lately still getting everything I can in tho. Got a little cold over the weekend so I’ve been feeling sluggish. Snatches went well cleans felt a little sloppy today and back squats felt heavy than they should have. Hopefully I’m feeling better for next week!
