  1. Not sure what my 1rm power snatch is so I went off 75kg **felt great!!
    Jerk drives went off 100kg
    Snatch pulls also done off 75kg
    RDL done off 100kg

    2) Based on 300#
    3) Based on 240#
    4) Based on 275#

    No misses. Jerk drives felt a little heavy and unstable which isn’t typical.
