  1. Can’t wait for the rest day tomorrow. I am beat up. Yesterday hurt more than expected.

    Cleans definitely got tough towards the end.

    Snatch balances were no problem.

    Jerk recoveries got heavy at 100/110%

    Squats were fine. Trying to not bounce out of the hole for now.

    • I usually try to throw in pullups, ring dips, strict hand stand push-ups, but have been slacking the last few weeks.

  2. Cleans were rough. I’m crazy beat as well. All week it’s been culminating. Snatch balance went well. Can’t do recoveries. That WOD yesterday really taxed my legs so I’m not looking forward to squats. I may actually squat tomorrow.

    • Yep. Quads are fried from yesterday. Squats weren’t terrible. The cleans were rough when the bar came in contact with my sore quads.

    • Finished today. The legs felt a million times better. Hit all squats and actually felt like I had a bit of room at 85%

  3. Everything went well except the cleans…those got heavy.

    Couldn’t do jerk recoveries…don’t have a tall enough rack or blocks.

    Anyone else starting to hungry for a max out session? I got so used to weekly max outs following TOW.
