3) Press behind head from split position – Work up to 3 sets of 5 at max intensity

4) Clean grip lift off w/5 sec hold (%1rm clean) – 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×5@70%

    2) up to 210#…shocked at the quad fatigue but not unmanageable
    3) up to 135#…strict presses feeling weak
    4) up to 240#…burns so good…

    Then, hit some CF up lol:
    5 min AMRAP of
    2 t2b
    2 fs(135)
    4, 4, 6, 6, etc.
    5 min rest then repeat.
    12/12 FS, 6/12 t2b

    Jerk balance up to 3×5@ 65%.
    BTN press from split up to 125x3x5
    Pulls make me dizzy. All percentages hit.

  3. Power Snatches went surprisingly well, worked up to about 89% for 5. Jerk balances were challenging but not impossible, overall good day.
