2) Drop Snatch (drop snatch = no heave, based on 1rm snatch) – 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 2×5@75%x, 1×5@70%
*if the weight gets too heavy to not use a heave, go ahead and add it. Also, get faster.

3) RDL (based on 1rm clean) – 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 2×5@75%x, 1×5@70%

    C&J smoked me. But nothing crazy or unexpected.
    Drop snatch possible at 70%, I hit 3/5 twice. Didn’t even bother with 75%. I basically didn’t move my feet while doing these.
    RDL were easy but I’ve always been able to pull well.

    Love the programming. It has more variance which is cool to switch it up from TOW.

  2. Drop snatches. As if I needed another reminder that I’m slow as shit. Went up to 70% without heave, and that’s where I tapped out. Must. Get. Faster.
