2) Snatch grip “lift off” (Based off 1RM Snatch) AKA Snatch first pull
Warm up, 60%x5, 70%x5, 80%x5, 90%x5, 95%x5, 90%x5
3) Back Squat (Based of 1RM Squat)
Warm up, 50%x5, 60%x5, 65%x5, 70%2×5, 65%x5, 60%x5
4) Press Behind neck in split position
Work up to 3×5 at a moderate intensity
So how is this 5+5 rep scheme go? 5 unbroken cleans an then 5 unbroken jerks or 5 unbroken clean and jerks. Or just 5 clean and jerk singles
I’ve read it as 5 straight cleans and then five straight jerks…i asked thr same question about the power clean +power jerk combo earlier in the week but got no answer…
