BBG

3 Power Cleans (touch & go) + 2 Front Squats + 1 Push Jerk: 5 attempts to establish a max for the complex – rest as needed

Note: You may rest as long as you’d like with the bar in the front rack, but to complete the complex the cleans must be unbroken touch & go, and the bar may not stop on the floor.

Strength

1) Push Press: 5 attempts to establish a 3RM – rest as needed

2) Back Squat: 5 attempts to establish a 1RM – rest as needed

    B Sq- to 170, attempted 182 and got buried by it. Happy with 170, most I’ve hit in I can;t even remember how long.

    2) HECK YESSSSSSSSS! 135#, 145#, 155#, 165#, 170#F (10# PR!!!!!!! Been fighting with my back squat foreeeevvveeerr! It wasn’t pretty, and not nearly the depth that I typically get on the pause squats, but I will still take it with pride! http://instagram.com/p/xFyZ5ODdnA/)

    Was going to sub C2B but DND; ripped hand doing 12 Days of Christmas WOD Tuesday; opted to stay fat and slugging one more and and go hard tomorrow!

    2) 235 (-10) missed 245 twice which would have been a match and dropped back to 235.
    Since I’ve been following the outlaw Power programming and we have been replacing Wednesday’s back squats with dead lifts, I kinda miss back squats.

    Conditioning
    9:20 for 45 feet on box progressions.

    Push Press: 155. Pathetic. For some reason, could not do a decent PP today. I usually get 170-180 for the triple with pause overhead.

    Back Squat: 316. 6lb pr.

    3PC+2FS+PJ: 135-145-155-165-175. Slowly getting better at this whole touch and go thing.

    30 Muscle Ups: 5:04. 10-5-3-3-3-3-2-1.
