Connectivity: Shoulder stretch, 30degree HS 40sec, Max L sit on parallettes: 30, 30, 50sec.
Hang snatch: 115-125-135-145-155-then failed 165 twice. So -5 from PR last week.
UB Snatches: Went for 155 and got 4+3. Then I went for 115 and got 6+3. Was only able to go for about 30sec on each before dropping the bar.
Elizabeth: 4:00. This is a 1:30 PR.
Actually did first set of cleans in 3 sets of touch and go: 10-5-6. The other 2 sets were all singles. All the ring dips were unbroken and easy, thanks to the billions of tempo and strict ring dips we have been doing.
