Remember when I said we’re at the point where national records will be (unofficially) broken in random bro-seshes at competitive exercise gyms around the world?

Andy Miller just unofficially broke the 69kg New Zealand national record with this 87kg/191.4# Snatch. This was her THIRD PR of the day, as she went 3 for 3 with 83k/85k/87k.

Speaking of breaking national records… On Saturday Amy Laffan unofficially broke her own 58kg Irish national record with this 76kg/167# Snatch PR. (Sorry for the vid quality, Ireland has a lot of fog.)

    3x :30 chin and toes HS + 20 shrugs + 20 shoulder taps + 20 straight arm hip taps. This was hard
    3×8 tap levers. Done.
    Snatch complex: 145 felt great, 155 felt impossible, missed that 3x before calling it a day on that.
    Clean complex: 175.
    ME UB cleans at 175: 3/3/4.
    I need more work on extension from power position and these complexes are helping.

    Conditioning: 255 DU. DU when fatigued have been my nemesis, and this wod really tested it and I am pretty happy with the result. All DU were unbroken, 20 -35 per round.
