The pre-order of Nike OBB gear is over. We’ve had multiple questions about whether you guys will still be able to order gear or not. The answer is yes, Nike has not run out of apparel and the store will remain as the only place to purchase Nike OBB gear. We will, however, give priority to order that were placed during the pre-order until they are all shipped. We expect shipping to be completed this weekend, and most of you should receive your orders by the end of next week. We will have a few new items to announce in the next week or so, as well as a few limited edition pieces.
We want to thank all of you who pre-ordered for making the launch of the Nike OBB line a huge success. We can’t wait to see you guys in your new gear.
Two of Team Outlaw’s younger, top-ten Regional athletes, hit some pretty big lifetime PRs yesterday.I was lucky enough to witness one of them in person at CF Sua Sponte, and share a lot of smiley face texts with the other.
Lauren Truskowski – lifetime PR Snatch of 75kg/165# @ 58kg:
Nate Trevillian – lifetime PR Snatch from blocks of 114kg/250#:

Note: Pull-ups must be completed in UB sets of 10-5-5. Sets broken before those reps are completed must be repeated.
Dual db or one db for 20 reps total?
I’m not exactly sure either but I would assume it’s double given that we hit 40 reps @53# double kettle bell on a recent Saturday. This is 20 more reps but broken up over 3 rounds.
Ye I think it is 55 per dumbbell.

Your posts always include 3 #s at the beginning, for instance today’s 1/1/1. Would you mind educating me on what those #s represent?
The #’s represent Mood/Fatigue/Sorenesson a scale of 1 being great and 10 being terrible. Rudy used to require his athletes to denote this so that he could gauge how the training or their lives outside the gym affected their results. When I first started following (16 months ago), most of the people documented this so I just picked it up.

Kmadd, mine started more in front but I found myself doing the same thing with the hammer grip. Not sure how correct it is.
