  1. 1) I have a torn labrum, waiting on surgery…squat snatches (and OHS) are minimal to zero. Worked hang power snatch, hit a PR at 90#!
    2) hit a PR clean at 190 but couldn’t quit get the Jerk, needed a more aggressive dip
    3) 4×5 @180 based off of 190

    Been following barbell for about 2 weeks, awesome strength cycling.
