Anyone have ideas on how to sub DB snatches? I dont have access to heavy DBs sadly.
Hevesy kettlebells maybe? If not then a barbell loaded with an equivalent weight to the heavy dumbell should give a fine metabolic response.
Kettlebell is the obvious one. Get crazy and do 1 arm snatches with a barbell. JK. Don’t do that.
Maybe KettleBell or use a light barbell

*specifically i cant keep my shoulders back in my starting position, if i go from at least 2 inch blocks my snatch is great and my back is flat with no shoulder rounding….anyone else have this issue/know how to help with mobility to get in that perfect snatch start position.
