  7. Quickly recovering from a cold. Goal today was just to walk out of the gym feeling fresh.

    Conditioning- tested a partner wod for an upcoming comp. Sad to say it was a poorly constructed wod that will challenge beginners but be ridiculously easy for any team that is mildly proficient at pullups. I wish more gyms would write outlaw style wods
