Both women’s shorts and t-shirts are up now over at The Outlaw Store, and we’ll have the men’s and women’s tights and sweatpants up early next week. Thanks for being patient with us after our brief server overload last night. Everything should be good to go for the foreseeable future.

We’re trying to get the form up for reporting data on the Burpee Test, but have run into some issues. Save your notes, it will hopefully be ready to go for Monday’s post.

  7. Quickly recovering from a cold. Goal today was just to walk out of the gym feeling fresh.

    Conditioning- tested a partner wod for an upcoming comp. Sad to say it was a poorly constructed wod that will challenge beginners but be ridiculously easy for any team that is mildly proficient at pullups. I wish more gyms would write outlaw style wods
