1) 165, 175F, 175F, 175F, 175F (Hit 187 in competition last weekend) Just wasn’t there today. Hamstrings were super sore from the RDLs and Glute ham raises the day before. Next week ill do Good mornings and Reverse Hypers
2) 200, 212.5, 222.5F, 222.5F, 222.5 clean but failed jerk. (Hit 231 in competition last weekend)
3) 4×5@200 No fails (Based off 210 from monday)
