Dustin Hawkins has been putting up some highlight reel worthy T&G lifts recently. He just attended our camp in SLC, and – in case you thought he was a one trick pony – knocked out a set of 15+ absolutely beautiful Muscle-Ups.
As if his exercising isn’t impressive enough, he’s also got a book coming out and a strength and conditioning based addiction recovery program. When I asked him why he doesn’t compete, he told me he trains because it’s the only thing that’s kept him sober for the last ten years.
