havent been able to consistently get all the work done these past couple weeks. two competitions and a birthday in the past three weeks has taken a toll on me. but today felt really good. that jerk 3rm and squat 5rm are definitely pr’s. last thanksgiving at the outlaw camp i hit an ugly c+j pr of 275. todays jerk triple was beautiful and i probably couldve gone heavier. ready to dial it in and be ready for the open now. as always thank you to rudy and the team for all you do for us.
