  5. F/32/135#; normally workout in the evenings, but Saturdays are mornings – always rough.

    1) Worked up to 90#, a typical hit or miss weight. Former max is 95#.
    2) Saturdays are major struggles in this lift for some reason; only got to 105#, max is 125#.

    Another week of another PR on this; can’t Oly but I guess Saturdays are for squats. 105# (+5#).

    (Also added in a 1RM deadlift.. PRed 10# at 265#)

    TERRIBLE. DNF.. rather, did 3 rounds in 8:42.. and just stopped..
