Paul and I have been piddling around Portland (and Beaverton) all day, and luckily we’ve had these backpacks from Nike Weightlifting to hold many items that our hands and pockets simply couldn’t contain. Hopefully someone will be able to bring a backpack similar to this to the public, so you guys will also be able to have a place to put objects that you may need to carry. If that were to happen I would bet that it would be sometime in November, along with many other very useful items which could be used for covering your body in various increments, or assisting with your barbell training needs.

That’s just my guess though.

    • So I’m a moron and did an extra set of swings after the second lunge… nothing like 75 extra KBS’. Guess I shouldn’t be that upset about my time. Oh and I meant 15/10 on the KBS.

        • You’re right. My jerk is Ugly! I did push jerks up until 103, then it turns into a press out. When we do jerks earlier in the week. I usually stop when I start pressing. I can pp 120×2, but can only jerk 110:/

        • I’m going to echo Junkin…this is the time of year to clean all the ugly stuff up. Even if it’s less weight, focus on precision of movements. Ingrain new motor patterns so that when you get tired, you have great form to fall back on. Sometimes you gotta take a step or two back to make leaps forward.
