    Conditioning: For time- 9:34, Just couldn’t push like I wanted to on this; did it about 15 min after strength/skill work, but no excuses

    Bar Muscle-Ups: 8/7, 6/6, 5/4. Felt improvement on my hip extension (ballistic), wasn’t just doing uprises b/c grip was fatigued
