Also did Amanda this morning to make up for missing Saturday. I got 5:52 (+12s), also a bit under the weather, so maybe all that caught up to me.

Planks: 55#
1RM OHS: gave myself 5 attempts to work up to this for a competition team; 235#
Conditioning: 338; -20 reps from Open
Notes: Not mad about this for two reasons: 1) We are not in conditioning mode, so the fact that I was gassed doesn’t worry me; 2) For some reason, my DUs were off today. Messed up 2-3 times each round (in the Open I hit all rounds UB) and at 2-3 seconds per mess up, over 7 rounds, adds up to 30 seconds of lost time. If I had that 30 more seconds, I would have PR’d. All in all, meh.

4. 270; this was lower than the open by 30 but I’m not worried about it. I felt WAY better today than I did during the Open, wasn’t breathing nearly as hard. I know I could have easily beat my Open score but I’ve got a nasty blister on my right thumb so I had my hand taped all weird and was holding on with my fingertips thanks to the wrap. So, not ideal, but stoked at how much better I felt.
