  1. Hooray deload! And the site working! And… wait I thought you hated this workout Rudy!?!? I shall prepare to un-PR!

  2. 31/M/175#/Northeast

    1)Off of 195#

    1a)Off of 170#
1b)had to load myself so that got tricky and probably made for less weight! 45/55/60#

    335 (+21)

  3. BBG:
    off of 165
    BB cycling/midline
1a) DND, subbed back squat, i missed it…..
1b) 40 accross, should have gone heavier

    285, exact same i think….

  4. Snatches 170
    TNG snatches 140
    Planks on rings 60#
    Con something different
Did 14.1 about a month ago
6+6 a full round better than the open

  5. BBG:
    1) Done
    1 & 2) Done
265 (-75) Yep, that’s right. Just one of those kind of days, thank goodness for deload week.

    • Also did Amanda this morning to make up for missing Saturday. I got 5:52 (+12s), also a bit under the weather, so maybe all that caught up to me.

  6. BBG
    1.) 180#, no misses

    1a.) 135#, no misses
    1b.) 45/70/70#

358, +22 reps. 90% were clean and jerks

  7. BBG:
    1) 195 — 5/5; felt really good

    1a) 145
    1b) 45 across

5 + 34… -6 reps; deliberate, made sure each rep was an actual power snatch. Mostly sets of 5 to mimic cycling work.

  8. 28/180#/5’9″/M/CenEast

    Sn: 160# off of 200#

    3×5: 130# off of 175#
    Planks: 55#

1RM OHS: gave myself 5 attempts to work up to this for a competition team; 235#

Conditioning: 338; -20 reps from Open

Notes: Not mad about this for two reasons: 1) We are not in conditioning mode, so the fact that I was gassed doesn’t worry me; 2) For some reason, my DUs were off today. Messed up 2-3 times each round (in the Open I hit all rounds UB) and at 2-3 seconds per mess up, over 7 rounds, adds up to 30 seconds of lost time. If I had that 30 more seconds, I would have PR’d. All in all, meh.

  9. 1. Snatch – off 135
    1a. off 110
    1b. 25# palte

conditioning – switched to c&j rather than snatches this time around and got 25 extra reps…#winning

  10. M/28/159/NorCal
    1. Done #140 no misses

1a. Done at 115 no misses
    1b. done #45

    352 +36 Pr!

  11. 1. Off 185#
    2. Off 175#
    3. 105# x 3 sets
    4. 270; this was lower than the open by 30 but I’m not worried about it. I felt WAY better today than I did during the Open, wasn’t breathing nearly as hard. I know I could have easily beat my Open score but I’ve got a nasty blister on my right thumb so I had my hand taped all weird and was holding on with my fingertips thanks to the wrap. So, not ideal, but stoked at how much better I felt.
