1) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch.
2) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk.
4×5 Pause Front Squats @ heaviest possible – (STRICT 3 second pause in the bottom at absolute bottom depth), rest as needed
off day today. Tired and ready for the deload. I never miss 90kg on the snatch and missed it 3x. Clean and jerk went equally as bad as I hit 115kg and called it. 120kg is a lift I rarely miss and didn’t even make it that high.
