        Snatch: 195(-10), missed 210 like 10 times. Went well over 15 min but had this lift. Missed it back 2x.
        Clean and jerk: 250(-5), missed 265 twice.
        Front squats: 215, 220, 225, 230. Took these as working sets, and started 5lb higher than my 5 from Wednesday. 230 was ROUGH.

        NO WOD. FOOTBALL WATCHING.
