    2.) 143 kg not exceptionally hard but called it here.

    105 kg, 110 kg, 118 kg, 125 kg getting easier

    about 100 ft between climbing rope/rings and rower and i just lazily walked it.

  2. Snatch – 185, 205, then missed 225 three fucking times. I have hit as high as 240 from the blocks but just struggle like hell as soon as I get to 225 from the floor. Need to figure out what my problem is with my 1st pull. getting very frustrated.

    C&J – Up to 275 (-10)

    FS: 225, 230, 230, then 230×8 with no pause on the last set

    1) 200 (-5, which is an accomplishment considering how I feel. Missed twice, went over 15 min by a few seconds)
    2) 225, got weird on the clean on 245, then stood up 260 which is a clean PR (+5), got weird on the jerk.
