Jared Fleming – 175kg/386# Snatch from the hang:

A few weeks ago Shantai did this, and I somehow didn’t get the video until yesterday. It’s 2 reps of a 3rm Front Squat, at 125kg/275#. She only got 2 because she did a little tinkle on the floor during rep 2, went to the bathroom, came back, and hit a 3rm with the same weight. She was 119#/54kg then, which makes this 2.31 times BW for a TRIPLE (or double if you don’t believe the pee-pee story).

    1.) i went the opposite direction. started with deficit and worked my way down.

    Wednesday I got the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Felt good today.

    Strength:
    1) 22, 16, 12, 10 – the last two sets were rough
    2) 105, 115, 115 (good mornings) stayed fast here.

      Have to do team competition requirements so am trying to work them in where applicable…sorry amigo

    Assuming these are supposed to be unbroken, so thats how I have been doing them.

    Cond: 14:53. Felt really slow. Slow on muscle ups, slow on wallballs. Zero misses on muscle ups though which is good for me. Just need to get to where I can rest less in between sets of 2-4.
