    Total: 7rnds+17 (1min ME AD4 for run/strict ring dips for PU’s)
    -hit some strict PU’s yesterday.

    It’s nice finally starting to have consistent butterfly pull ups, which kind of came out of no where, since I wasn’t specifically working on them by any means.
