    155, 175 (fail 2x), 165 Been trying to work on keeping my elbows up in my jerk set-up

    21:31 @50# (heaviest available) very broken walks

    1) up to 205# legs were dead

    * Was compelled by some unknown force to go for a clean max, got 285# (+20 PR) almost got 300#. I know makes no sense, I just went with it.

    BBG cycling:
    1) up to 215#
    10 @ 170#
    2) 20, 15, 13

    Conditioning: dnd
    Was beat, wasn’t going to happen
