    -This is my all time PR, I’ve been using 345 for %’s this cycle. I am stoked, this is double BW too. Didn’t feel strong all cycle until this point.

    Got em all. There was some struggling with the second rep each time, but I knew I was going to get it.

    BBG: Up to 175…On a side note, I finally joined the 200 club on snatch yesterday. Almost got 205# too but lost my balance with a few inches to go standing up.

    Plank holds from hands: 151s, 127s, 127s

    Conditioning: 7:55 (20# ,12′)
    Was completely out of energy for this one.
