    1) 205 (split jerks) felt heavy today

    Conditioning:
    1) 173 ~ went out a bit too fast, couldn’t see the clock, was holding 20/min for the first 4 minutes without realizing it.
    2) 3 + 6 burpees RX
    Was holding back a shit the whole time, probably could’ve gotten 4+ if me and my ass could get on the same page.
