How did it end up working for you?
Thanks man, feels good to be back (sort of).
Barbell went well. No crazy gains (+10 snatch, +20 on jerk), but I got a lot more consistent at 90-95% and with multiples/complexes, which is what I was really looking for. I do feel like my squat went a little to shit; I think I do better with more structured squat cycles.
Co-Ed partner comp tomorrow with a fellow Outlaw.
