In case you care (you probably don’t), I’m holding the 2nd part of the “ESPN Lies” piece because of some new developments. Not gonna lie, saying that felt kinda cool. I feel like Bob Woodward if he reported on something of almost no importance, and had 1/1000th of the writing skills.

1b) 3XME Strict C2B Pull-ups – rest 90 sec.

      I’ve been waiting for this for a long time. First sub 3 anything. But since we’re accurately accurate, I watched the tape my wife took and I did 29…. So, PR? Or is the clock actually still running? Coughing my arse off currently.
