    Both were easy
    Conditioning:
    3 rounds finished the 3rd round with less than 10 seconds left
    + 52 burpees

  2. Didn’t have time to get my work in today. Will have to shift my schedule the next 3 days to make up for it.

    • Did power today, didn’t have time for the rest. Debating on whether to just keep up with the program tomorrow or switch what I expect for Saturday’s Power with tomorrow’s.
