    Got stretched out this morning from Tri-Covery massage…felt great

    Sn: 192#; +2# PR
    C&J: 240#; -10# PR
    3RM FS: 285#; +10# PR

    Conditioning: 9:45. With torn hands from Tuesdays MUs, I had to do all singles on BMUs. Everything else was easy peasy.

  2. BBG: 1) 180-f185x5…shoulders are fried from yesterday, couldn’t keep it locked out overhead
    2) 230, clean felt great, again shoulders held me back on the jerk
