My and are still sore from GHDs the other day. I struggled on the 6th bar MU of the first round, and my hands tore on the second round of bar MU. Had to make full use of rule #3 just to finish. Took about 5 minutes of attempts for that last bar MU.
My abs are still sore **** autocorrect got me.
