    Tried 2-3 lunges at 155#, and my right groin started to flare up. No pain, just literally couldn’t push up out of the lunge. Spent 150 seconds figuring this out, and dropping down to 135#. Time would have been 17:06 had I done 135# from the start.

    HS walks were a plus. Felt great each round.
