    Only second time doing “Fran” did it when I first started crossfitting and did like a 9:00. So although it is not a great time. It is a great PR for me.

    Snatch 185, failed 195, failed 205×3, good to feel that tho. Good to lift again too its been about 10 days.

    I’ve gained 5steady lb eating an extra PB&J sandwich pretty much daily. Felt much better under the clean today. Jerk is still my best lift.
