Power 1.) bunch of doubles/triples through 60% at different positions. Single at 65% Cond 5:40 DU’s UB, that one hurt
1) Halting Snatch Deadlift+High Pull from Hang+ Power Snatch @ 65% ( can’t OH Squat yet due to shoulder,and felt the need to brush up on my technique) Conditioning 6:29 ~ tried to keep DU’s to 20 at a time, still working at them
