  2. 1) Halting Snatch Deadlift+High Pull from Hang+ Power Snatch @ 65% ( can’t OH Squat yet due to shoulder,and felt the need to brush up on my technique)

    6:29 ~ tried to keep DU’s to 20 at a time, still working at them

  3. Started the second cycle of Wendler this week.

    1b) 5×10 Shrugs w/ Trap Bar + 40kg
    2) 5×10 Slight Incline DB Bench @ 30#
