  1. Hello, quick question if I may ask. I am coming off Outlaw Power which we finishing this week. Happy with gains and looking to get into WL full on now. Is it best to pick up here or shall I go back to the beginning of the 15 week cycle and follow from there?

    • Go ahead and jump in now. We will be beginning a new cycle in a couple weeks so it’d be best if you start on that one instead of going back.
