  1. Back is getting better, but took it easy on things involving a squat today.

    WL:
    1) 245 — 235, 225
    2) Pushed these… up to 330# (9# PR!)

  2. 1) 180 (+5) for a 1rm. Forgot that I was supposed to be doing 2 reps.
    2) 165 I wanted to test out squat jerks (after looking it up I was actually doing a power jerk) I felt much more solid than in the split. (My footwork is an issue…) Next time I want to see how it feels to squat all the way.

    1) 145 (+ 10)
