1) 180 (+5) for a 1rm. Forgot that I was supposed to be doing 2 reps.
2) 165 I wanted to test out squat jerks (after looking it up I was actually doing a power jerk) I felt much more solid than in the split. (My footwork is an issue…) Next time I want to see how it feels to squat all the way.
