John Dill walked into Outlaw almost 5 years ago. He was fresh out of a stint in 2nd Ranger Battalion, had taken a job working in a cubicle, and needed a place to train so he didn’t didn’t go completely crazy in the civilian world. He’s been my brother since the first time we drank Jameson together, and has always been one of the strongest pound-for-pound bastards I’ve ever met.
We talked about the lift below for years. Neither of us thought it was possible for a sub-200# guy, while maintaining any sort of fitness, and not using gear. We were wrong.
This is truly a proud moment.
John Dill – 600# Deadlift @ 190# BW:
As a side note: John is an experienced competitive powerlifter, and the Outlaw Power Head Coach. We don’t care about your opinion on the rounding of his upper thoracic. The reality is that the majority of “roundness” you see is John’s massive upper back musculature, which you tend to develop on the way to pulling 600#.

Is this a DB in each hand?
Junkin, you’ve been following long enough to know that yes, in fact, it is a 60# DB/hand!!! You think he’d let us off easy with 30# DB’s?!?
Maybe just single arm 60s lol. Unilateral loading bro.

Anybody know if the outlaw barbell singlets are back in stock, or where to find them? I’m considering doing a meet in the next few months and felt the need to represent, plus it’s been scientifically proven that PR’s will follow this who wear them.
Hey Lucas – I know they were made specifically for the American Open. I do not know if these are ever going to be “stocked”. They might do another design/order around the next AO, but until then, I do not know.
Perfect thanks!!
