At the beginning of the cycles, I am putting up heaver weight than mid cycle. Is this normal or am I being a puss? Last Monday my 2rm C and J was 235 and I did the 5×1 Jerk at 235 with no misses. Today I missed my 2nd Jerk at 225 and tried my 5×1 Jerks at 225 but only hit 2/3. Anyone else seeing something similar ?
