Interested in following some Outlaw programming. Was wondering if anyone on here could explain to me the difference between the Outlaw Way and Outlaw Power. I checked out both of them today and they seemed to be pretty similar.

Outlaw Power is essentially Wendler 5/3/1 with metcons.
Outlaw Way is, well, the Outlaw Way. More olympic lifts, more skill/gymnastics, less raw strength work.
Look closer, they are not all that similar when you get down to it.
Awesome. I think I will do Way then. My Deadlift is at 465, snatch at 260, and clean and jerk at 295.
