  1. Power:
    1.) 185, 215, 235x2xfullx1

    Acc:
    1.) 11, 10, 9, 9 ~ connectivity’s hollow work caught up with me here. Ouch.

    Conditioning:
    7:51
    (+3:20, +2:42 from 131103 ~ my ring dips are getting progressively worse/weaker)

This is the second benchmark workout in as many weeks where I’ve been 3+ minutes over my time from November. Anyone else experiencing this? Am I just underestimating how much the power work is taking out of me?

    • I feel a bit slower but overall I feel stronger. It could be that the power lifts are sapping your energy before the wods. But I do know of these types of programs adding on extra muscle your body isn’t used to fueling during high oxygen demanding tasks. More muscle means more energy usage, your body may just need some time to adapt and learn how to fuel itself during the wods. I would just plug away at ring dips whenever possible/ when they won’t interfere the programming.

      • Thanks Randall.

I guess in the end I’m doing this program because I needed to get stronger overall and to that end this is a success as all of my core lifts have gone up.
