    Wow my elbow is killing me. Some days it’s bicep side some days it’s triceps. Today it is definitely tricep. This is not gonna get better before nationals.

    120. Hit first two easy and then started getting scared about my arm and wasn’t committing to the lock out. Missed three in a row and stopped.

    I didn’t go heavy on these today. I can squat jerk 110 with a clean grip but when I go heavy with a narrow grip my shoulders kill for 3-4 days so I stayed light.
