BBG

1) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch.

2) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk.

Conditioning

10 Snatches (full) @ 100/85% of BW (100% men – 85% women)

    1) 57 kg (+1)
    2) 70 kg (+1 for jerk, I’ve cleaned it before)

    Conditioning:
    27:30, 21:45 TWT
    6:26 mile
    7:19 burpees (unbroken till 77 then it all went to hell)
    8:00 snatches (Modified to 85% of max = 48 kg. Almost all of my extra time was between the burpees and snatches. Got under it 3 times and couldn’t stand it up, gave up, changed shoes, and started my snatch time then. 12 attempts to get 10.)

    25:41 (200# which is 100%) no misses, probably could of taken less rest between reps of snatch but didn’t want to miss any.

  4. After 2 months of outlaw Barbell. and 2 weeks of hiatus as i moved from wisconsin to colorado.. i chose the wrong day to come back to crossfit.

    Snatch: 185, failed 195 and 205 twice. I had 205 each time just slightly out front
    C&J: 225, jumped to 250, which I stood up for a clean pr, then missed the jerk like a biotch.

    Did yesterday’s workout, 12:47, and it looks like I made the right choice, tho I can snatch 175 all day….. Maybe tomorrow.

    2) 290, same as last week: not good-terrible pulls.

    Conditioning: 18:55, was shooting for 17:30-too conservative on the mile; bw~172, snatches done at 175#
