This helped me BIG TIME with bench press. I used to bench all the time, that was basically all I did, and was always internally rotated (elbows out) with shoulder issues. Bend the bar as your descend, this ensures external rotation, pull it apart as you extend.
Thanks. I’ll give it a go. I have never had an issue but the past few months I have been tweaking it on HSPU. Got a cortizone injection and it cleared up for a few weeks then the deficit’s over the weekend brought it back. Doc said Aleve and rest but I don’t want this to keep coming back. I’m not that old yet.
Understood. Shoulders take a while. I’ve separated both and bc of that training suffered big time. But u don’t want to not be able to do things with ur arms when ur 60. Know ur body.
Are the DB snatches 25 each hand for a total of 50, 40, and 30?
I read this as 25, 20, and 15 total DB snatches, since it doesn’t say “each hand”.
